Degree qualified HR professional with over 15 years of experience working in both blue and white collar organisations both locally and internationally. She possesses a good mix of HR operations, HR strategy and OD and because of this is very well rounded, commercially focused and seems quite agile.
She has been given the opportunity to work in both generalist HR and L&OD positions.
When she commenced with this organisation (100,000 employees globally across both a blue and white collar workforce)- she supported a predominately white collar client group comprising of IT, Finance, Procurement, Sales & Marketing across ANZ. She worked with senior managers and the ELT and had a seat at the table. She worked with key GM’s around capability and performance and spent time working on talent calibration and succession planning strategies. Supporting managers around running those processes, identifying high potentials, career and succession planning, running sessions around building capability and performance, change management pieces- including streamlining process, restructuring team etc and general HR BAU.
She was then given the opportunity to move into L&D and then promoted into the OD Manager position. The L&D position primarily around creating content for all areas of the business- working in conjunction with the HRBP’s and SME’s and the OD position overseeing that function, responsible for the OD strategy and overall compliance and systems that fall under this.
Prior to this they had a generalist HR background, focusing on ER,PM,IR (including EA negotiation) and HR projects.
I really enjoyed meeting this individual, she is engaging, intelligent and seems like someone who just gets on with it.
