This degree qualified HR professional has a proven track record working in fast-moving and changing environments.
Reporting to a HR Manager, they are responsible for a client group of 1,000 employees across both a blue and white collared unionized workforce.
Partnering with a variety of stakeholders, from EGM’s to Operations Managers, they are hands-on across the full HR remit. They spend a lot of their time on employee and industrial relations matters- grievances, disciplinary, matters, abuse investigations, bullying and harassment, terminations, redundancies and work closely with the WHS team from psychological claims.
As a generalist, they provide day-to-day support to their stakeholders, driving and influencing change and building relationships to mitigate risk and drive engagement. They are currently working on projects that involve building a capability framework and running a reward and recognition project. They also run different training sessions with their stakeholders from ER/PM education pieces to recruitment.
