We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join a collaborative Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your strong recruitment expertise in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

As a Recruiter, you will be key in attracting and hiring top talent for various non-clinical roles, including corporate, facilities, hospitality and maintenance. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from taking job briefs to coordinating offers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Source and screen candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Conduct interviews and assessments
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers
  • Champion the employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience
