As Safety Manager, you will champion workplace safety by leading the development and implementation of safety management systems, enhancing incident response protocols, proactively mitigating risks, facilitating return-to-work programs, and collaborating with stakeholders to promote a safe and healthy work environment.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven expertise: A relevant tertiary qualification and demonstrated experience in workplace health and safety, with a strong emphasis on compliance and operational responsiveness.
  • In-depth knowledge: Sound understanding of Workplace Health and Safety and Workers' Compensation legislation, regulations, and Australian Standards.
  • Exceptional communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
  • Proactive approach: A results-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
