People Solutions Manager - Amazing Organisational Culture!

Now, they're looking for a passionate People Solutions Manager to join the team.

You'll be leading a small team of HR generalists, and working closely with the HR Director, to continue to build upon what has already been established.

Culture comes first organisation. You're commercial and outcomes focused and know that people are at the center of every successful organisation. 

What you'll focus on:

• Culture: Keep building on what's already been created - it's all about employee engagement!
• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor your HR team.
• Strategy: Help shape the future of HR.
• Employee Relations: Support your team around those trickier ER/IR issues (though thankfully, there's not many!).

• You've got solid HR experience and have led a team before and are experienced in creating HR strategy.
• You're a strategic thinker who can also roll up your sleeves.
• Experience with a blue-collar workforce is a big plus.
• Most importantly, you're passionate about people and creating a great place to work. You're commercial and outcomes focused and know that people are at the center of every organisations success.
